Each individual may hold only one active ace77 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided pending investigation.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances on ace77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied; what you deposit is what you see.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active ace77 account. If ace77 determines that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — ace77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ace77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ace77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 180 days may be classified as dormant. ace77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
In accordance with our commitment to operating a safe and accountable platform, ace77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon a player's first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time ace77 deems it appropriate in the interest of security and compliance.

Deposits are typically credited to your ace77 Account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. During periods of high banking traffic or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer. ace77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. ace77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your ace77 Account originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, partners, or friends — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
In the event that a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes of the transaction timestamp, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the amount, and the payment method used. Do not re-attempt the deposit until the original transaction has been investigated.
Players may request withdrawals of Real Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in order to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.
ace77 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00 – 24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major Indonesian banks are typically credited within 15 minutes to 3 hours following approval. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant upon approval.
ace77 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Player will be informed of the basis for the decision and given an opportunity to provide supporting documentation.
ace77 offers a range of promotions, bonuses, free bets, and special offers to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded by ace77 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate at least Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the associated funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets placed at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% to turnover calculations. Slot games from participating providers contribute 100% unless otherwise specified. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts suspended.
ace77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already received the associated bonus, the Player will be permitted to fulfil any ongoing wagering requirement on the terms that were in place at the time the bonus was credited.

ace77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
ace77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.
All content on the ace77 platform — including but not limited to the ace77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ace77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from ace77.
ace77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to pass KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider; or any other circumstances that ace77 determines warrant account action in the interest of platform integrity or player safety.

Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, ace77 will process any remaining Real Funds balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations apply.
Upon account termination — whether initiated by you or by ace77 — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply following account closure.
